Leos have an enthusiasm
which will lead them to put their back out for anybody, except themselves.
They do not like to be reminded that they are made of all-too-brittle
bones, will often moan about a bad luck while doing very little about it.
Radiant
and energetic, Leos bring so much light into other people's lives that
they can be blind to the needs of their own, especially where health is
concerned. Their need to be appreciated drives them on to endless feats of
achievement and because they have so much natural vitality, they refuse to
ease up.
VitalityWhile
some will approach middle life with more energy than those half their age,
Leo will have to come to terms with their own mortality sooner or
later. If not, the rich foods and wines they find irresistible will be
their undoing.

Excesses Leo
rules the back and the heart and it is these two areas that are most vulnerable
to Leonine excesses. Exercise and a careful diet are obvious remedies for
an expanding waistline. Leos often go on until they drop. so regular
holidays away from it all will re-charge those exhausted batteries. There
is no unhappier sight than an unadmired or unloved Leo. This can cause
tremendous depression and may bring on nagging back troubles, as a sign of
lack of the emotional support they so greatly need. Back problems can be added
to if the Leo becomes overweight: a daily brisk walk will tone up the
whole body, keeping the muscles in the back supple so that they are more
able to take the strain.
