Proceeding
through life cautiously and methodically, Capricorn seems to have an
instinctive awareness of their abilities, which they apply resourcefully
in the pursuit of definite goals. When their heads are down, little will
distract them. However, they may have bouts of depression due to the
hard task they set themselves, and find it difficult to let
off steam.
Rigidity
While
they are very tenacious in achieving their goals, Capricorns tend also to
be rigid in their work patterns. This may be because they do not readily
trust others to carry out their long-term plans. but they are also
inclined to belittle the value of relaxation unless it serves a useful end
- like a round of golf with the boss. Significantly, this rigidity in
their character corresponds to those Capricorn ailments which restrict
movement, such as rheumatism and arthritis.
Disciplined
Generally,
Capricorn approach their health with the same discipline as their careers.
They are a naturally active sign, but will only allow themselves the
luxury of exercise if it fits into their scheme of things. There must
always e a goal for them to set their sights on - a high mountain peak to
conquer or a a vary challenging yoga position to achieve, for instance.

REPRESSION
Serious
Capricorn can get bogged down in long periods of work which may gradually
erode their health. Instead, it would be wise for them to develop
interests involving a complete change of mood, and to realise the healing properties
of playing just for play's sake on a regular basis in order to combat
stress.
